Monday/Wednesday/Friday rides

Monday/Wednesday/Friday – 5.45am from the Ride Oz showroom for a warm up coffee and 6.15am departure.

Ride location and duration will be confirmed on the day as per where and what most riders feel they need.

There can be 2 groups arranged if different riders want different training.
